摘要
以对目标产物的吸附性能为主要指标,对XAD-7大孔吸附树脂进行改性修饰,增加大孔吸附树脂中羟基的比重,提高了大孔吸附树脂在油相体系中对目标产物的吸附能力。以HCl为催化剂,经40℃、24h改性反应,改性树脂HZ-915的吸附能力为XAD-7树脂吸附能力的2.4倍。通过静态和动态吸附法对HZ-915改性树脂吸附模型的研究分析,证明在研究的浓度范围内,HZ-915树脂对极性物质的吸附符合Freundlich方程,HZ-915树脂对极性物质的吸附动力学符合Lagergren准二级速率方程。
In order to improve the adsorption capacity of target product in oil system, chemical modifing XAI) -7 macroporous resin and increasing the proportion of hydroxyl was considered as the main factor. The optimum parameters for modification were hydrochloric acid as catalyst, at temperature of 40℃ for 24 h. The adsorption capacity of modified resin HZ -915 improved 2.4 times than that of XAD-7. The adsorption static and kinetic behaviors of polar material on HZ -915 resin in oil system were studied. The results showed that HZ -915 had better adsorption capability in oil system. Equilibrium adsorption data fitted to Freundlich isotherms in the studied concentration range. Kinetic analysis showed that the adsorption reaction approximated by a Lagergren pseudo-second-order-rate equation.
