摘要
针对注塑模的浇口套端面直径若超过某个限度,浇口套就会从定模座板的配合孔中脱出的问题,以直接浇口的浇口套为例,根据帕斯卡原理,在使用较多的XS-ZY-125卧式注塑机注塑压力下,通过理论推算,并考虑安全因素,得到其端面直径。经核算,列出了各种公称注射量不同注塑机的注塑模浇口套端面直径的取值范围,有了该取值范围可以安全方便地确定出浇口套的端面直径,具有较强的实用价值。
Aiming at that the sprue bush would come off from the hole in fixed clamp plate if the sprue bush' s transverse diameter was beyond a limit, taking the sprue bush which was only confined to the direct gate, as example, the sprue bush' s transverse diameter could be gained within the consideration of safety. This method based on Pascal' s principle and used the horizontal injection machine XS - ZY - 125. The different ranges of transverse diameter for different injection amount were listed after careful calculation. With the help of this range of figure, the transverse diameter could be defined safely and conveniently.
