摘要
目的探讨闭合性肠系膜损伤的外科诊断和治疗。方法对我院1997年1月至2007年12月收治的闭合性肠系膜损伤53例的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果本组均行手术治疗,治愈50例,死亡3例。术后发生切口感染、裂开3例,吻合口漏2例。结论闭合性肠系膜损伤术前诊断困难,尽早剖腹探查和手术止血是挽救生命和减少并发症的关键。
Objective To study the experience of surgical diagnosis and therapy of closed ruesenteric injuries. Methods The clinical data of 53 patients with closed mesenteric injuries from January 1997 to December 2007 were analyzed retrospectively. Results All patients received operation. Fifty cases were cured, and 3 cases died. Wound was infected or cracked in 3 cases, and anastomotic fistula occurred in 2 cases postoperatively. Conclusion It is difficult to diagnose the closed mesenteric injuries preoperatively. The emergency operation is the key of saving lives and avoiding complications.
