损伤控制性外科在急性胆管炎治疗中的应用

The application of the technique of damage control in treatment of acute cholangitis

目的探讨损伤控制在急性胆管炎病人治疗中的应用。方法回顾性分析1998年1月至2008年12月收治的65例急性胆管炎的临床资料,其中手术治疗51例,经十二指肠镜鼻胆管引流术(ENBD)14例。结果术后死亡2例,胆道残余结石10例,出现并发症31例。ENBD治疗14例,均一期治愈。结论急性胆管炎病人诊断一旦明确,在损伤控制理论的指导下,首先抢救病人生命,根据病人的具体病情,采取合适的治疗方法,治疗及手术力求简单有效。

Objective To explore the application of the technique of damage control in treatment of acute cholangitis. Methods The clinical data of 65 cases of acute cholangitis were retrospectively analyzed from Jan. 1998 to Dec. 2008. Among 65 cases of acute cholangitis,operations were done in 51 cases, and ENBD in 14 cases. Results Two patients died, complications occurred in 31 cases, and residual stone was found in 10 cases. Fourteen cases were cured by ENBD. Conclusion The first is to save life, simple and effective emergency is necessary for acute cholangitis patients, and rational procedures are selected according to the specific conditions Of acute cholangitis.
