摘要
为了提高印刷机墨量控制的效果,采用TMS 320LF2407A芯片,建立直流无刷电机全数字双闭环控制系统,并给出了硬件的电路设计和部分软件编制方法。通过运行试验分析,结果表明:该系统运行稳定,调速响应良好,能有效抑制转矩、电流脉动。
To improve the quality of ink control for printing machine, this paper establishes a full digital double closed loop system which uses microprocessor - TMS320LF2407A to control the communication and speed of BLDCM. The thought of hardware and software programming is introduced as well. The system can availably control current ripple and torque ripple of motor.
