继发性免疫缺陷患者肺部机会性感染的诊治及其预防

摘要
免疫缺陷病分为原发性免疫缺陷病和获得性免疫缺陷两大类型。原发性免疫缺陷病是免疫系统先天性发育不全所致，本文不涉及此方面的内容。而继发性免疫缺陷的原因很多很复杂，除人类免疫缺陷病毒（HIV）所致的AIDS外，更常见的继发性免疫缺陷见于营养不良、肿瘤、器官移植、感染等。机会性感染，是指一些侵袭力较低、致病力较弱的微生物，在人体免疫功能正常时不能致病，但当人体免疫功能减低时这类微生物可致病。
