人血浆中米格列奈的HPLC测定

Determination of Mitiglinide in Human Plasma by HPLC

建立了HPLC法测定人血浆中的米格列奈。以地西泮为内标,采用C18色谱柱,20mmol/L磷酸二氢钾溶液(pH4.6)-乙腈(57∶43)为流动相,检测波长210nm。米格列奈钙在25～8000ng/ml范围内线性关系良好。方法回收率为98.1%～109.2%,批内、批间RSD为1.5%～13.4%。

An HPLC method was established for the determination of mitiglinide in human plasma. Diazepam was used as the internal standard. A C18 column was used with the mobile phase of 20 mmol/L potassium dihydrogen phosphate （pH 4.6）-acetonitrile （57 ： 43）at the detection wavelength of 210 nm. The calibration curve was linear in the concentration range of 25 - 8 000 ng/ml. The recoveries were between 98.1% - 109.2 % with intra- and inter-run RSDs of 1.5% - 13.4%.
