醇沉法分离大豆糖蜜中大豆低聚糖的研究 被引量:8

摘要 以大豆糖蜜为原料,通过单因素试验及正交试验优化了醇沉法提取大豆低聚糖的条件,再利用饱和石灰水纯化大豆低聚糖粗提物,得到纯度较高的大豆低聚糖。结果表明:在液料比25∶1,浸提温度50℃,乙醇体积分数95%,浸提时间2 h条件下,低聚糖粗提物得率为55.0%,粗提物纯度为66.3%;在室温下,用饱和石灰水纯化大豆低聚糖粗提物后得到纯度为84%的大豆低聚糖。 The crude soybean oligosaccharides were extracted with ethanol from soybean molasses, and then the soybean oligosaccharides were purified by saturated lime water. The extraction conditions were optimized through single factor and orthogonal experiments as follows:volume fraction of ethanol 95%, ratio of solvent to raw material 25 : 1, extraction temperature 50 ℃ , extraction time 2 hours. Under the optimal conditions,the yield and purity of crude soybean oligosaccharides were 55.0% and 66.3%, respectively. The finished product with the content of 84% soybean oligosaccharides was obtained by purifying the crude soybean oligosaccharides with saturated lime water at room temperature.
