摘要
根据水性底色漆(金属闪光漆和本色漆)闪干工艺的要求,确定了汽车涂装线中水性底色漆闪干室的设备布置和工作原理;并通过对闪干室实际应用过程中的炉温曲线进行分析,验证了本设计的正确性。
According to the process requirement for waterborne basecoats, the equipment layout and work mecha- nism of the flash - off oven in automobile coating line for waterborne basecoat are determined. In addition, the correct- ness of the design is verified by analyzing the actual temperature - time curve of the car body in the oven.
