摘要
对轴向开槽水润滑径向轴承的润滑性能,包括动压润滑水膜厚度、压力分布、轴承承载力等应用MATLAB软件进行数值计算与分析。结果表明:轴向开槽轴承压力分布不连续,水槽处压力降低为0;相同几何尺寸的轴承开槽后承载能力比不开槽时的低;槽的宽度越大,个数越多,轴承的承载能力也就越小。
The lubrication performance of water-lubricated journal bearing with water grooves in the axial direction was studied by numerical analysis method based on MATLAB,including the water film thickness of water film of hydrodynamic lubrication,the distribution of pressure, the carrying capacity of the bearing. The results show that the pressure distribution is inconsecutive on the bearing with water grooves in the axial direction, the pressure falls to zero in the water grooves. In the case of a same geometrical size,the carrying capacity of a grooved bearing is lower than that of an not grooved one. With the increase of water groove width and water groove number,the carrying capaeity of bearing decreases.
