摘要 目的:探讨补肾活血方-丹寿汤对抗磷脂抗体致妊娠丢失的作用机制。方法:将100只10周受孕SD大鼠随机分为补肾活血组、补肾组、活血组、模型组和空白孕鼠组,自孕1天起,补肾活血组、补肾组、活血组分别予丹寿汤、补肾方、活血方灌胃,模型组和空白孕鼠组予生理盐水灌胃作对照,其间分别于孕8天、孕12天多部位皮下注射15mg/ml纯化后ACA蛋白液及LA蛋白液,直至孕第15天处死取材。结果:与模型组相比,补肾活血组能明显降低APA水平,降低胚胎吸收率,增加胚胎重量,有显著性差异(P<0.05),而补肾组、活血组无显著性差异(P>0.05);与空白孕鼠组相比,补肾活血组APA水平、胚胎吸收率及胚胎重量无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:丹寿汤能明显降低APA水平,抵制胚胎吸收,增加胚胎重量,提高妊娠成功率。 Objective: To explore the mechanism of decoction with the function of nourishing kidney and promoting blood flow - Dan Shou Tang to fetal loss induced by APA. Methods: One hundred of 10- week-old pregnant SD rats were divided randomly into five groups: nourishing kidney and promoting blood flow group, nourishing kidney group, promoting blood flow group, APS model group and blank group. From the flint day of pregnancy, the rats of nourishing kidney and promoting blood flow group were treated with Dan Shou Tang to lavage , the rats of nourishing kidney group with the way of nourishing kidney, and the rats of promoting blood flow group with the way of promoting blood flow; while the rats of APS model group and blank group as the control were given the corresponding physiological brine to lavage. Then on the eighth and twelfth days of pregnancy, all rats were subcutaneous injected on muhy-site in the purified ACA-IgG and LA with dosages of 15mg .Until the 15th day of pregnancy, the rats were killed for taking the samples. Results: Compared with APS model group, the way of nourishing kidney and promoting blood flow can dramatically decrease the level of the APA and the fetal absorptivity, and that increase the fetus weight. Furthermore, the differences are of great significance (P〈0.05) . How-ever, nourishing kidney group and promoting blood flow group has no significant differences with the APS model group (P〉0.05) . Compared with the blank group, nourishing kidney and promoting blood flow group had no significant differences in the level of APA, the fetal absorotivity and the fetus weight (P〉0.05) . Conclusion: Dan Shou Tang has positive clinical efficacy in decreasing the level of APA and the fetal absorptivity and increasing fetus weight and chances of pregnancy.
