复方桂枝茯苓丸对脑缺血再灌注损伤大鼠NOS、Na^+-K^+-ATPase的影响 被引量:11

Compound Guizhifuling Pill on NOS,Na^+-K^+-ATPase of Cerebral Ischemia-reperfusion Injury Rats

摘要 目的:观察复方桂枝茯苓丸对脑缺血再灌注损伤(CRI)大鼠一氧化氮合酶(NOS)、Na+-K+-ATP酶(Na+-K+-ATPase)的影响。方法:用结扎双侧颈总动脉45min后再通法,制备CRI大鼠模型,用复方桂枝茯苓丸、血塞通治疗,给药2周,检测血清与脑匀浆NOS活性、脑匀浆Na+-K+-ATPase活性变化。结果:复方桂枝茯苓丸能降低CRI大鼠血清与脑匀浆NOS活性,升高大鼠脑匀浆Na+-K+-ATPase活性。结论:复方桂枝茯苓丸对CRI大鼠具有治疗作用。 Objective: To investigate compound Guizhifuling pills on nitric oxide (NOS) and Na + - K + - ATPase of cerebral is-chemia- repeffusion injury (CRI) rats. Methods: CRI rat model was established by ligafion of bilateral carotid artery for 45 minutes. Rats were administered with compound Guizhifuling pills and Xuesaitong for 2 weeks. Then, changes of NOS and Na + - K + - ATPase activities in brain homogenate were observed. Results: Compound Guizhifuling pills reduced NOS activity in serum and brain homogenate of CRI rats, and increased Na^+ - K^+ - ATPase activities in brain homogenate of CRI rats. Conclusion: Compound Guizhifuling pill has certain therapeutic effect on CPd rats.
