构建城乡一体的有线电视综合业务,让广大农村群众也能像城市用户一样享受高质量、高标准的有线电视网络资源,是统筹城乡发展、建设新农村的需要。目前农村信息化发展相对落后,"数字兴农"工程的试点,对农村有线电视数字化和信息化推广提供了一个有效的平台,分析了工程可实现的各种功能。

In order to make a balance between the development of countryside and city and to develop the new countryside, it is necessary to build an integrated CATV system of city and country side. In this way, people in the countryside can enjoy the same high quality and high standard CATV networks sources as the city peo- ple. However, the informationization in the countryside is relatively slow. The experiment project of Digital Agriculture provides an effective platform for the digitalization and informationization of CATV in countryside. This article analyzes the functions realized through the project.
