近代早期英国领主对农民的控制与保护

摘要近代早期英国领主对农民实施控制时,常常借助原本属于封建社会的工具,如庄园法庭、土地保有权等,而农民在一定程度上认可领主的控制,他们希望在某些时候获得领主的帮助。两者的关系呈现一种稳定的平衡。
