摘要
从滇龙胆Gentiana rigescens Franch.地上部分的乙醇提取物中分离得到16个化合物。经IR、MS、NMR等波谱数据鉴定为肥皂草素(1),异肥皂草素(2),异荭草素(3),龙胆苦苷(4),马钱酸(5),熊果酸(6),α-香树脂醇(7),α-香树脂醇棕榈酸酯(8),β-香树脂醇(9),齐墩果酸(10),β-香树脂醇棕榈酸酯(11),β-谷甾醇(12),胡萝卜苷(13),棕榈酸(14),硬脂酸(15),三十烷醇(16)。以上化合物在滇龙胆地上部分均为首次分离得到,除化合物4、5外,其余化合物也是首次从滇龙胆植物中得到。
Sixteen compounds were isolated from the EtOH extract of the aerial parts of Gentiana riges- cens Franch.. Their structures were determined by spectroscopic analysis as saponarin ( 1 ), isosaponarin (2), isoorientin ( 3 ), gentiopicroside (4), loganic acid (5), ursolic acid (6), α - amyrin (7), α - amyrin palmitate (8), β - amyrin (9) , oleanolic acid ( 10), β - amyrin palmitate ( 11 ), β - sitosterol (12) , daucosterol ( 13 ), palmatic acid (14), stearic acid (15), triacontanol (16). All these compounds were isolated from the aerial parts of Gentiana rigescens Franch. for the first time, also, compound 1 -3 and 6 - 16 were isolated from this plant for the first time.
