日本的近代地方自治研究综述

A Survey of the Studies of Local Autonomy in Modern Japan

1888年市制町村制和1890年府县制郡制发布后,标志着日本近代地方自治制度的形成。关于这一制度的研究也不久即开始起步,并在战前取得了一定的成果。战后,在这些成果的基础上,日本学者从新的历史观念出发,继续从历史学、财政学、法学等多个角度对日本近代地方自治制度进行研究。本文即拟对这些成果进行综合性的概述。

The promulgation of the Municipal System＆Machimura System in 1888 and Prefecture System ＆ County System in 1890, marked the formation of local autonomy in Modem Japan, which was studied very soon and achieved some results before World War Ⅱ. In the postwar period, according to these results, Japanese scholars started from the new historical concept and continued studying local autonomy in Modem Japan from various angles, such as history, finance and law. This dissertation plans to carry on the comprehensive overview of these achievements.
