摘要
变频器是采煤机实现恒功率控制的关键设备。本文重点提出了对变频器的选择、控制模式、参数设置及安装、调试和维护的一些方法,并举例说明了变频器和PLC是如何共同实现采煤机的恒功率控制,同时指出变频器在采煤机上的广泛应用是今后发展的一种趋势。
The converter is the key equipment that makes the coal mining machine controlled by constant power. The article emphasizes the converter choice, the control mode, the parameter establishment and some operational methods, including the installment, the debugging and the maintenance, and introduces how the joint action of converter and PLC realizes the shearer constant-power controL Meanwhile, it promotes the extensive application of the converter to the shearer is the developing trend forward.
