大型回转支撑轴承故障检测及修复工艺

Fault diagnosis and repair technique of the large-scale slewing bearing

摘要 以装船机大型回转支撑轴承为例,阐述了铁谱分析和光谱分析方法对该类轴承的故障诊断具有很强的适用性和准确性;同时通过平衡顶升法即将回转件以上部分整体顶起后,对回转轴承进行修复,并取得了良好的效果。 The fault diagnosis and repair method that is applied to a roller slewing bearing of coal ship-loader is introduced. Lubricating grease is analyzed through ferrography analysis and spectral analysis. It is proved that these analyses are applicable and accurate. According to the analysis result, the roller slewing bearing is repaired when the part over the rotary component is lifted by using the balance lift-up method. Now the repaired slewing bearing is in good condition.
