摘要
根据MQY2747型球磨机的结构和工作特点,建立了该球磨机回转体有限元分析模型,确定了在典型工况下的载荷和约束,并计算了回转体在满载静止、启动、正常工作和起重等4种工况下的应力和变形,讨论了其分布规律,为MQY2747型球磨机的结构设计和改进提供了依据。
According to the structure and the work characteristics of MQY2747 ball mill, we build the finite-element model of its rotator and determine the load and the restraint under typical conditions. Meanwhile, we have calculated the stresses and the strains of the rotator under the four work conditions, which are respectively full-loaded statics, start-up, normal work and lifting, and discussed the distribution regulations of stress and strain. This paper provides the basis for the structural design and improvement of MQY2747 ball mill.
