摘要
分析了反射光观察方式与透射光观察方式的注塑成型可视化模具的特点与适用范围;对不同的可视化模具结构进行了对比。针对注塑成型模内收缩可视化实验的观察要求,以透射光观察方式与哈夫块式模具结构进行了注塑制品模内收缩可视化模具的设计与制造。
The characteristics and applying range of visual injection molds were analyzed for cases of light reflection manner and of light transmission manner respectively, and different structures of visual molds were compared. In order to observe the in-mold shrinkage of injection molded plastic parts, light transmission manner and the half-mold structure were adopted for design of the in-mold shrinkage visual mold.
