摘要
论述了氟聚合物加工助剂在PPR管材料中的实验室试验和在挤压造粒系统中的工业应用。通过氟聚合物加工助剂A-1、A-2的实验室研究发现:A-2对产量提高的帮助更大。通过对A-1、A-2在挤压造粒工艺中的工业应用同样发现:A-2对降低混炼机功率,齿轮泵电流和压力都有帮助,能够达到提高挤压造粒系统负荷的目的。
Discussesd the laboratory testing and industrial applications in the extrusion granulation system of fluorin polymer processing additives in the random copolymerized polypropylene (PPR) pipe materials. From lab test data, concluded that A-2 could increase output much effectively than A-1. Through application of A-1 and A-2 in extruding pelleting system, also found that A-2 decreased power of pelleting system, current of gear pump and voltage more availability than A-1 in conclusion ; application of A-2 in pelleting system could improve output of extruding pelleting system.
