红景天苷对糖尿病脑病模型大鼠的神经保护作用 被引量:20

摘要 目的研究红景天苷对糖尿病脑病大鼠的神经保护作用。方法Wistar大鼠分为3组:正常对照组、糖尿病组及红景天苷组。除正常对照组外,其余两组腹腔注射链脲佐菌素(STZ)诱导制备糖尿病模型。红景天苷组给予50mg/kg灌胃治疗。用药12w后,监测大鼠血糖和体质量变化;Morris水迷宫实验测试大鼠学习记忆能力;脑组织匀浆检测SOD、GSH-Px和CAT活性及MDA含量;HE染色观察海马CA1区形态学变化。结果与糖尿病组相比,红景天苷组大鼠血糖浓度降低,体质量增加,学习记忆障碍得以改善,海马组织SOD、GSH-Px和CAT活性明显增高,MDA含量显著降低(P<0.05,P<0.01),神经元损伤明显好转。结论红景天苷对糖尿病脑病的保护作用,可能是通过抗氧化应激实现的。 Objective To study the neuroprotective effect of salidroside on diabetic encephalopathy rats.MethodsWistar rats were divided into control,diabetic and salidroside treatment groups.Except for control group,the other two groups were injected streptozotocin(STZ)intraperitoneally to establish the diabetic models.Then,the rats were administered salidroside 50 mg/kg for 12 weeks.The level of blood glucose and the body weight were examined.The learning and memory abilities were tested by Morris water maze.The activities of SOD,GSH-Px,CAT and the content of MDA were determined in hippocampus tissue.In addition,the morphologic changes of hippocampus CA1 zone were observed by HE stain.ResultsThe level of blood glucose was decreased,the body weight was increased and the learning and memory abilities were improved in salidroside treatment group than those in diabetic group.The activities of SOD,GSH-Px and CAT were increased and the content of MDA was decreased(P〈0.05,P〈0.01),the neuron was improved in salidroside treatment group than those in diabetic group.ConclusionsSalidroside might resist oxidative stress against diabetic encephalopathy.
