摘要
目的研究雷公藤氯内酯醇(T4)对阿尔茨海默病(AD)大鼠学习记忆障碍的影响。方法通过大鼠海马注射Aβ1-40建立AD大鼠模型,通过Morris水迷宫测定大鼠学习记忆能力,并进行大鼠血常规、肝肾功能检测。结果Aβ组大鼠较假手术组逃避潜伏期延长而跨越原平台位置次数明显减少;T4组大鼠较Aβ组第2~5天平均逃避潜伏期明显缩短,跨越原平台位置次数明显增多。3组大鼠血常规、肝肾功能无明显差异。结论T4可以有效安全地改善AD大鼠的学习记忆障碍。
Objective To explore the effect of tripchlorolide on the learning and memory impairment in Alzheimer's disease(AD)rats.MethodsAD model rats were made by Aβ1-40 injection into hippocampus.Morris water maze tests were used for detecting learning and memory ability,and routine analysis of blood,hepatic and renal function of rats were measured.ResultsThe escape latency was longer and the frequency of passing through the platform was less in Aβ group than those of sham group.After operation,the escape latency was shorter and the frequency of passing through the platform was more in T4 group than those of Aβ group on the 2nd~fifth day.The routine analysis of blood,hepatic and renal functions of rats were not statistically different in 3 groups.ConclusionsTripchlorolide can improve learning and memory impairment in AD rats efficiently and safely.
