罗格列酮对动脉粥样硬化兔主动脉eNOS蛋白质表达的影响

摘要 目的探讨罗格列酮对动脉粥样硬化(AS)兔一氧化氮合酶(NOS)的影响。方法大耳白兔37只随机分为空白对照组、AS组、罗格列酮治疗组,14w后检测血脂、eNOS水平。结果罗格列酮治疗组较AS组HDL-C、eNOS水平显著升高(P<0.01)。结论罗格列酮可以改善血脂异常,增强eNOS蛋白表达,对AS有一定抑制作用。
