Successful Education:the Choice of Times to Promote Educational Equity

成功教育的主旨是通过提供给每位学生平等的成功机会、公平的教师期望,使其享受成功的喜悦,进而让每位学生自觉走向成功,获得全面发展,最终实现教育质量的整体提升。可以说,成功教育是实现教育公平的一个新视角。本文主要从阐述成功教育是推进教育公平的时代选择出发,提出实施成功教育推进教育公平的机制与策略。

The objective of successful education is to make students enjoy the happiness of success by providing equal opportunity to succeed, fair teachers＇ expectation. And it is to make each student achieve success consciously and develop all rounds so as to improve the whole educational quality. It can be said that successful education is a new perspective of educational equity. This thesis mainly discusses that successful education is the choice of times to promote educational equity, and then proposes the implementation of mechanism and strategy, which can realize the education equity.
