摘要
美国中部区域教育实验室中心于2008年3月公布了有关中部七州执行NCLB法案情况的调研报告,提出实施该法案以提高基础教育质量的七项重点。该报告在一定程度上反映了美国各州政府逐步强化对学生的学业成就评价,加紧落实该法案有关规定的趋势,对我国完善基础教育阶段的学生学业成就评价具有重要启示。
American Regional Educational Laboratory Central released a research report about the implement on NCLB Act in seven states of Central Region in March, 2008. It also pointed out seven key fields of how to implement on NCLB Act and improve the quality of basic education. The report reflected the trend to some extent that every state government gradually enforce standard-based assessment of student academic achievements and accelerate the implement on NCLB Act. That gives China important revelations to consummate standard-based assessment of student academic achievements in the stage of basic education.
