摘要
目的研究白英药材的HPLC指纹图谱。方法采用RP-HPLC法,色谱柱为Kromasil C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-质量分数为0.2%的甲酸溶液二元梯度洗脱模式,流速为1.0 mL.min-1,检测波长为270 nm,建立21批白英样品的HPLC指纹图谱。结果对各产地药材指纹图谱进行聚类分析,根据聚类分析结果将21批白英分为4类,选定其中12批样品建立共有模式。并应用"中药指纹图谱相似度评价系统"对各产地药材进行了质量评价。结论该法可用于白英真伪鉴别和质量评价。
Objective To study HPLC fingerprint of whole plant of Solanum lyratum Thunb. Methods RPHPLC fingerprint analysis method was developed. Kromasil C18 column(250 mmx 4.6 mm ,5 μm)was used with the mixture of acetonitrile and acid water as mobile phase in a gradient mode. The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min^-1. The detection wavelength was set at 270 nm. Twenty-one batches of Solanum lyratum Thunb. were determined. Results Twenty one samples were classified as four clusters by cluster analysis and the mutual model from 12 batches of sample were established. The samples' quality was assessed by Similarity Evaluation System for chromatographic fingerprint of TCM 2004. Conclusions The method can be used conveniently to identify and evaluate the quality of Solanum lyratum Thunb.
