QTVI和TT技术对扩张型心肌病患者左室收缩功能的研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的:分析扩张型心肌病(DCM)的定量组织多普勒成像图(QTVI)和组织追踪图(TT)的特点,探讨QTVI和TT用于评价扩张型心肌病患者左心室收缩功能的应用价值.方法:选取30名扩张型心肌病患者及30名正常人,应用QTVI技术和TT技术分析左室壁心尖长轴、心尖两腔、心尖四腔切面二尖瓣瓣环水平长轴方向心肌运动的速度曲线和位移曲线,获取各取样点收缩期峰值速度(Vs)、朝向心尖方向的最大位移(Dm)、射血时间(ET)、等容收缩时间(ICT)、等容舒张时间(IRT).结果:扩张型心肌病患者二尖瓣水平的Vs、Dm、ET均较正常人显著降低,IRT及ICT较正常人显著延长.结论:QTVI技术可定量直观的评价扩张型心肌病患者的左心室收缩功能,为临床正确的诊断疾病及判断病情提供可靠的信息. Objective: To study the image features of quantitative tissue velocity imaging (QTVI) and tissue tracking (TT) in patients with dilated cardiomyopathy (DCM) and their roles in evaluating left ventricular systolic function.Methods:The velocity and displacement curves of myocardial movement in apical long axis,apical two-chamber, apical four-chamber and mitral annular horizontal long axis planes of left ventricle with QTVI and tit for 30 patients with DCM and 30 health adults were compared and analyzed.Peak systolic flow velocity (Vs),maximum deflection(Dm) toward cardiac apex,ejection time(ET),isovolumetric contraction time(ICT) and isovolumetric relaxation time (IRT) in each sampling point were obtained.Results:Vs,Dm and ET in mitral annular plane for patients with DCM decreased significantly than those of health adults but IRT and ICT increased significantly.Conclusion:QTVI can evaluate the left ventricular systolic function for patients with DCM quantitaively and intuitively and is helpful to the diagnosis and judging pathogenetie conditions of DCM.
