摘要
采用Cr-Mo-W-Mn-Ni铁基合金焊条在20Mn2钢试块上进行堆焊,然后进行回火、正火和淬火处理,对堆焊层进行了硬度、金相和X射线衍射试验。结果,堆焊层经560℃×2 h回火处理后可获得较高的硬度。
Surfacing by the use of iron-hased Cr-Mo-W-Mn-Ni alloy electrode on the specimen of 20Mn2 steel was performed. Then, the specimens were tempered, normalized and quenched. Hardness, metallographic and X-ray diffraction tests for the surfacing laver were also conducted. As a result, the surfacing layer tempered at 560℃ for 2 h obtained higher hardness.
