摘要
以小肠结肠炎耶氏菌毒力质粒阳性传代株(YE D_(29)VWa^+)感染小鼠,观察其免疫应答。结果显示此菌株的毒力和免疫原性均较弱,不能在小鼠体内繁殖,受染小鼠不产生明显的保护性,特异性淋转和睥细胞杀菌力也不增强。此结果提示耶氏菌的毒力质粒不是介导其毒力和免疫原性的唯一因素。
The immune responses were observed after mice were infected with Yersinia cnierocalitica D_(29)(VWa^+.The results shewed that YE D_(29)VWa^+ could not proliferate in mice and its virulence as well as immunogenicity were weak. The infected mice had some protection against the challenge with the same strain,but both the specific lymphocyte blactogenesis and bacteriocidal activity of spleen cells were not enhanced.these fects suggested that the virulence plasmid is not the only factor mediating the virulence and immunogeof the
