摘要
目的：观察神蜂精治疗腰痛的疗效和安全性。方法：腰痛患者６０例，神蜂精组３０例，红花油组３０例，对比分析两组在疗后第１，３，５，７天疼痛，压痛和功能障碍的改善情况。结果：神蜂精组在疼痛、压痛和功能障碍改善方面均优于对照组，疗后第１天，两组有显著性差异（Ｐ＜０．０５），疗后第３，５，７天，有非常显著性差异（Ｐ＜０．０１），治疗组总有效率为９６．７％，治疗过程中未见明显副作用。
Objectives:Observing the effect and safety of Shen Feng Jing(SFJ) treating Lumbago.Methods:Electing sixty patients of lumbago,30 cases with SFJ and 30 cases with Honghua oil.When patients being treated,the changes of pain,tenderness and functional disorder were observed and analyzed by the authors on the following first,third,fifth and seventh days.Conclusions:The results showed that the improvement of pain,tenderness and functional disorder was more in SFJ group than in Honghua oil group.On the first day,the degree of improvement was significant (P<0.05)and more significant on the following three days (P<0.01).The total effective rate of treated group was 96.7% and no side effect was found in clinie.So SFJ was very good topical medication for treating lumbago.
