摘要
本文总结了各类肝切除术147例，着重探讨了原发性肝癌、肝血管瘤、肝内胆管结石的手术适应症、手术方法、术中控制出血及围手术期处理等问题。其中原发性肝癌140例，占95．2％。1、3、5年生存率分别达到81．3％，45．2％，27．3％。
From November 1987 to June 1997, 147 patients with liver disease were operated on at our department. Of them, 140 suffered from primary liver cancer and seven were benign, including liver angioma and intrahepatioc bile duct stone. The present study is aimed to explore the incidence of hepatectomy,the method of surgical procedure,and the management of pre and postoperatlon.
