摘要
工程造价直接影响建设单位的投资,同时也影响到建筑产品的质量,尤其在招标投标和工程建设中如何控制工程造价各有不同见解。作者通过多年工作实践提出一些问题和解决办法,供同行商榷。
Engineerlng cost has a direct impact on the investment of the construction unit and the quality of the construction project as well. And there are different opinions as how to save engineering cost during the bidding and construction process. On which the author puts forward his own views combining with years of practical work for reference.
