摘要
胆囊切除术是腹部外科最常见的手术之一。1994．1～1995．12，因胆囊结石行开腹胆囊切除术共962例，随诊779例（81％），其中117例（15％）症状持续存在或者重新出现，以往统称谓“胆囊切除术后综合征”。通过仔细询问病史，选择恰当的诊断技术，这些症状可能符合某一诊断，治疗多可奏效。本文重点讨论胆囊切除术后问题的诊断和治疗。
Cholecystectomy is one of the commonest procedures in abdominal surgery. From January 1994 to December 1995,there were 962 patients who underwent cholecystectomy for the management of gallstones. 779(81 % ) cases of them were observed primarily on clinical basis. 117(15 % ) patients had symptoms that either persist or appear after cholecystectomy. It has been given the term of 'postcholecystectomy syndrome'. When investigated into history,and the selected accurate diagnostic techniques,these symptoms may lead to a variety of diagnoses for which appropriated therapies should be available. The diagnosis and management of these patients with postcholecystectomy problems will be discussed in this paper.
