摘要
目的了解补骨脂注射液联合窄谱中波紫外线(NB-UVB)治疗白癜风的临床疗效。方法将入选的72例患者按病程随机分为两组,治疗组36例,予补骨脂注射液2.0mL臂部肌注,1次/d,连用6天,停用1天,且肌注1h后皮损行NB-UVB照射,2次/w,中间至少间隔1天,疗程12周;对照组仅予NB-UVB治疗,比较两组患者的疗效。结果治疗组有效率为80.58%,对照组为52.78%,治疗组疗效优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组2例,治疗组3例出现红斑、瘙痒,余无其它不良反应。结论补骨脂注射液联合NB-UVB照射治疗白癜风疗效显著。
Objective To inversitigate the treatment result of vitiligo by ultraviolet B exposure combined with injection of fructus psoraleae. Methods The patients of treatment group took injection of fructus psraleae combined with ultraviolet B exposure. Patients of control group only took ultraviolet B exposure. The treatment period were two times/weeks. Result The effective rate was 80.58% and 52.78% in treating group and control group, respectively. The difference between two groups was significant. Conclasion Treatment result of Vitiligo by took injection of fructus psoralcae combined with ultraviolet B exposure is significant, ancl worth to apply to clinical use.
