832株医院感染病原菌分布特点及耐药性分析 被引量:6

Clinical distribution and antimicrobial resistance analysis of 832 pathogenic bacteria in nosocomial infection

摘要 目的:分析临床标本病原菌的种类、分布及耐药性特点,为临床了解病原体流行状况和合理使用抗菌药物提供依据。方法:采用BioFoSun微生物鉴定药敏系统对分离微生物进行鉴定和药敏实验。结果:分离到832株病原菌,其中革兰阳性菌178株(21.39%),主要为金黄色葡萄球菌;革兰阴性菌563株(67.67%),主要包括大肠埃希菌、克雷伯菌属、不动杆菌属、铜绿假单胞菌等;真菌91株(10.94%)。耐药性最大的病原菌为大肠埃希菌,其对多种药物耐药率均较高。尚未发现对万古霉素耐药的葡萄球菌和肠球菌。碳青霉烯类的美罗培南和亚胺培南是所测定抗菌药物中对肠杆菌科细菌作用最强的抗生素,阿米卡星次之。结论:本院感染的病原菌中,大肠埃希菌的多重耐药率较高,应引起临床关注。 Objective To analyze the distribution of clinical encountered pathogens and their drug resistance, and to understand epidemic situation of causative agent and provide reference for reasonable choices of the clinical antibiotics. Methods Identification and bacteria-susceptibility test were operated with BioFoSun Microbiology Identification and Antimicrobial Susceptibility Test System. Results Totally 832 strains of pathogenic bacteria were isolated, they comprised 178 strains of Gram-positive bacteria,563 strains of Gram-negative bacteria and 91 strains of fungi. The main Gram-positive microorganisms included staphylococcus aureus. The main Gram-negative microorganisms included Escherichia coli , Klebsiella , spp , Acinetobacter sp , Pseudomonas aeruginosa , The most resistant pathogen was Escherichia coli, which was found resistant to most of antimicrobial agents. No strains of Staphylococcus and Enterococcus were found resistant to vancomycin. Meropenem and imipenem were the most potent antimicrobial agents, the second was amikacin. Conclusion In the pathogenic bacteria in nosocomial infection of our prefecture, Escherichia coli were found resistant to most of antimicrobial agents. It should be thought highly by clinic.
