宫内节育器与生殖道感染研究进展

The research progress on the intrauterine contraceptive device and the reproductive tract infection

使用宫内节育器（intrauterine contraceptive device，IUD）是我国妇女主要避孕措施之一，具有长效、简便、可逆、经济的优点。IUD是否增加女性生殖道的感染，国内外报道不一致。本文对IUD与生殖道感染关系的文献进行综述和分析，有助于医务工作者在临床中尽量减少和避免生殖道感染的发生，提高IUD使用率及续用率。

The intrauterine contraceptive devieec（IUD） had been one of the most useful contraception in our country, which was the highly effective, reversible, economic and long -lasting contraceptive device. However, whether the IUD could increase genital tract infection risk, there was still a lot of argument. The relationship between IUD and genital tract infection was reviewed and analyzed. We hope that it will make for medical worker to select appropriate candidates who will have the IUD insertion in order to lessen the genital tract infection occurrence.
