基于就业的对外汉语专业建设——以北京语言大学为例

Discipline Construction of Teaching Chinese as a Foreign Language Based on the Perspective of Employment——Taking Beijing Language and Culture University as an Example

本文以北京语言大学为例,在描述近几年对外汉语专业毕业生就业形势的基础上提出,应在对外汉语专业的建设中充分考虑就业因素,适应人才的市场需求,在学科定位中体现培养目标的指向性与多元化,在加强专业教育的同时,引导学生调整就业心态,转变就业观念。

Taking Beijing Language and Culture University（BLCU） as an example, and based on the description of employment situation of the graduates of teaching Chinese as a foreign language in recent years, this paper suggests that we should take full account of employment factors in discipline construction of teaching Chinese as a foreign language, meet the needs of market, keep directivity and diversity of training objective in discipline position, guide students to adjust their employment psychology and change their views on employment when strengthening the professional education.
