Current situation of researches on mouse model of bronchial asthma

支气管哮喘（简称哮喘）是一种慢性气道炎症性疾病，近年来用小鼠实验模型进行哮喘的研究越来越多，涉及哮喘免疫发病机制特别是相关的细胞因子的研究以及药物疗效等。成功的小鼠哮喘模型的建立在哮喘研究中具有重要作用，模型的复制涉及到分类、诱导物及其发展等各方面，理想的小鼠哮喘模型建立至今仍有很多方面有待进一步探究。

Bronchial asthma （asthma） is a disease of chronically airway allergy inflammation and recently the application of mouse model researches of asthma become more and more, the researches are involved in the immune mechanisms of asthma onset, especially the relative cytokines and medicine curative effects. The establishment of mouse model plays an important part in the researches of asthma, and the model relates to the development, induction, classification and so on. And there are still many issues of ideal mouse model waiting for further reseaches.
