摘要 目的探讨高校教师的自我和谐及其与主观幸福感的相关关系。方法用"自我和谐量表"和"幸福感知识问卷"对411名高校教师进行团体调查,对高校教师的自我和谐及其与主观幸福感的相关关系进行研究。结果1高校教师的灵活性远远高于不和谐和刻板性。但在刻板性上,学历越低,职称越高,刻板性越低;学历越高,职称越高,刻板性越高;2高校教师的自我和谐与主观幸福感的相关程度不高,对其预测力在0.10左右。结论高校教师自我和谐整体状况良好,但与主观幸福感的关系较为有限。 Objective To explore the self-consistency and congruence of college teachers and its relationship to subjective well-being. Methods 411 college teachers were surveyed by SCCS scale and SWB questionnaire. Results ①The agility of college teachers was significantly higher than rigidity and incongruence, but in term of rigidity, the lower the academic background and the higher the professional post, the lower the rigidity; the higher the academic background and the higher the professional post. the higher the rigidity. ②The self-consistency and congruence of college teachers feebly correlated with subjective well-being, and its prediction effects to subjective well-being was about 0.10. Conclusion The self-consistency and congruence of coliege teachers was fine, but it feebly correlated with subjective well-being.
