摘要 目的探讨心理学课程和个别主动干预对有心理障碍学生的心理健康状况影响的有效性和程度。方法选取扬州大学参加心理咨询与治疗公选课的大一学生94名,通过症状自评量表(SCL-90)测查因子分大于2.5分的31名有心理障碍的学生作为本研究的对象。采用心理学课程和个别主动干预两种干预方式对学生进行干预。结果心理学的课程对有心理障碍的大学生的心理健康起到明显改善作用(P<0.01),而有违"来访者自愿原则"的个别主动心理干预方式的效果,尚需今后进一步研究。结论心理学课程可以影响大学生SCL-90评分,提高大学生心理健康水平,提示高校应采用心理学课程或讲座为主、个别心理咨询为辅的心理健康教育形式。 Objective To explore tha validity and impacting extent of psychological courses and individual initiative intervention on the college students with mental disorder. Methods 94 college students who participate the public course of psychological counseling and treatment in Yangzhou University are selected and 31 of them whose sub-factors are greater than 2.5 through the SCL - 90 are selected as subjects, we take the way of the psychology courses and individual initiative intervention. Results The Psychologicai course plays a importance roie and can improve significantly mental health of the college students with mental disorder (P〈0.01 ) . While individual initiative intervention against "the visitors on a voluntary basis"still need study further in the future. Cunchsion The Psychological coursecan affect college students' SCL--90 scores, and improve their mental health level. So we suggest that psychological courses or seminars-based and individual counseling as a supplement should be taken in university.
