数字式高压瞬态测量系统的研制

Development of Digital HV Transient Measurement System

论述了高速大容量数据采样器的硬件研制，对测量分析软件的设计、程控分压器、抗干扰措施等关键技术作了说明。实际应用结果表明瞬态测量系统的技术性能优秀，实现了全数字化自动测量，完全能满足高压信号对数字化自动测量技术要求。

This paper presents the main functions of the high voltage,high speed and huge memory transient measurement equipment as well as the design of the hardware and software. It introduces the hardware design of the high speed,huge memory data sampler, and explains the know how of the design of the data analysis softwave, program controlled voltage devider and anti interfere measures, the equipment has a good performance on site. It realizes the automatic digital measurement, and is satisfied the requirement of high voltage digital measurement.
