变压器油中微水含量的实时测量

The Real Time Momitor of Water Content in Transformer Oil

论述了变压器油中微水含量监测的现状及发展，采用一种聚酰亚胺电容式湿度传感器来实现变压器油中微水实时测量进行了研究。模拟试验结果表明：研制的在线监测系统能反映变压器油中微水含量的变化，为实现其在线监测提供了良好的技术保证。

This paper states the present situation and development of the water content measurement in the transformer oil. It studies on line measurement of the water content in the transformer oil by the polyimide based capacitive humidity sensor. The simulated experiment results show that the real time monitoring system can present the variation of the water content in the transformer oil, and provide a good technique for on line monitoring system.
