分析了二次放电重叠效应对臭氧生成效率的影响机制，建立了旋转放电理论模型，导出了臭氧生成效率理论公式并和实验结果进行了比较。

According to gas discharge theory, the paper analyzed the effects of secondary discharge on ozone generation efficiency, established a theoretical model of rotary discharge, and deduced the formula of ozone generation efficiency under the conditions of rotary discharge. The results accord well with the experimental results.
