^ A Expert Knowledge Based Subarea Division Method for Hierarchical and Distributed Electric Power System Voltage/VAR Optimization and Control

本文对电力系统电压分级分布式优化控制模式下的电力系统分区方法进行了研究，提出了一种基于专家知识的向上分红归类的分区算法，并通过对子区域无功电源储备指标的动态校核，进一步保证了系统分区结果的合理性和子区域电压／无功的可控性。

In this paper, An expert knowledge based upward hierarchical classification electric power system subarea division method for hierarchical and distributed voltage/VAR optimiza- tion and control has been proposed. In the proposed method electric power system subarea division results are modified ac- cording to expert knowledge , and the reactive power reserva- tion of each subarea is dynamically verified , hence the division results are more reasonable and the voltage/VAR of each sub- area is more controllable.
