摘要
在华中电网中,由于湖北网与江西网之间的弱联系,当葛凤线(500kV)发生三相短路故障时,系统会出现增幅的低频振荡。为寻找解决方案,华中网局与清华大学电机系采用电力部电科院《电力系统分析综合程序》,利用其用户自定义功能建立非线性最优励磁控制器模型,并进行了仿真计算。计算结果表明,在主要电厂的相关机组上装设非线性最优励磁控制器,能够解决上述低频振荡的问题和改善系统的暂态稳定性水平。
Because of weak connection between Hubei sub network and Jiangxi sub network in the Central China Power Network, a serious disturbance such as three phase short circuit on Ge Fen 500kV line (the AC line from Gezhouba to Fenghuangshan) gives rise to sub synchronous oscillations in the system. In order to search for the resolution, the Central China Power Administration Bureau has cooperated with the Department of Electrical Engineering Tsinghua University to study the effects of Non linear Optimal Excitation Controllers (NOECs) on improving the stability of the Central China Power Network. The computation is completed through the Power System Analysis Software Package (PSASP) developed by the Electric Power Research Institute, Ministry of Electric Power, using its UDI tools to establish the simulation model for NOEC. The corresponding simulations and stability analyses demonstrate that with the NOECs installed on some important generation units, the problem of sub synchronous oscillation can be resolved successfully and the transient stability of the whole system can be improved as well.
