本文介绍了利用《电力系统综合分析程序》的用户自定义功能进行励磁系统时域仿真和电力系统稳定器设计的方法，并用一个实际系统进行了仿真计算。

Using the user defined function of Power System Analysis Software Package (PSASP),in this paper a method for the simulation of exciting system and for the design of Power System Stabilizer (PSS) are described, and the calculation result of a practical power system by this method is given.
