Synthesis of anion organobentonite and its novel mechanism

摘要 采用L9(34)正交实验法,用十二烷基磺酸钠(SDS)改性钠基膨润土,研究了反应温度、pH值、固液比、改性剂用量对插层效果的影响。X光衍射(XRD)、红外光谱(FT-IR)、热失重分析(TGA)表明,SDS已有效进入膨润土层间,层间距由1.5691nm扩大至3.5766nm,因此确定了制备高性能有机膨润土的最佳工艺条件。 In this paper, sodium-based bentonite is modified with sodium dodecyl sulfonate. Orthogonal technique L9 (34) is used to study the effect of reaction conditions on the intercalation such as reaction temperature,pH value,modifier dosage, and the ratio of ben-tonite to water. The results of XRD, FTIR, TGA indicate that sodium dodecyl sulfonate has intercalated into the layers of bentonite, and the larnellar distance has been increased from 1. 5691nm to 3.5766 nm . The best conditions of synthesis are given at last, and a novel mechanism for organobentonite preparation is introduced.
