氢氧化铝固液分离二次卸料新技术研究及应用 被引量:1

摘要 针对氢氧化铝过滤洗涤过程中存在的过滤效率低、滤饼卸料能力不足等问题,通过对平盘过滤操作的动态监测和生产数据的统计分析,确定了影响平盘过滤卸料效率的因素,提出二次卸料新技术,并分析了二次卸料技术对平盘过滤的残余滤饼厚度、反吹风压力、真空度、产能等主要指标的影响。工业生产应用结果表明:二次卸料技术可使平盘过滤机产能提高25%,同时可使滤饼洗水用量减少18.2%,滤饼含水率降低25%,焙烧能耗降低5%,对氧化铝生产过程的节能降耗起到了重要的推动作用。 The filtration and washing manipulation of aluminum hydrate have some serious problems, such as lower filtration efficiency, insufficient unload ability. A new secondary unloading technology was designed based on analysis of factors affecting unloading efficiency of horizontal pan filter through dynamic monitoring end analysis of production data. The effect of secondary unloading technology on horizontal pan filter' s performances, such as cake residue' s thick-hess, back flush pressure, vacuum, production capacity, was analyzed. The results showed that this new technology improved horizontal pan filter's production capacity by 25%, reduced water con-sumption by 18.2 %, and moisture content of filter cake was reduced by 25 % and energy consumption of calcinations was reduced by 5 %. The new technology has greatly promoted energy conservation and consumption reduction of alumina production process.
