摘要
在静水条件下,采用1×10^9CFU/ml,1×10^8CFU/ml,1×10^7CFU/ml,1×10^6CFU/ml,1×10^5CFU/ml的副溶血弧菌(Vibrio parahaemolyticus)对异育银鲫幼苗进行人工注射感染,通过96小时急性毒性试验,测定不同浓度副溶血弧菌血清型对异育银鲫LC50值和安全浓度。结果显示,血清型为O1:KⅢ,O1:KⅥ,O5:KⅣ的副溶血弧菌对异育银鲫96小时的LC50值分别为7.9×10^6CFU/ml,2.0×10^6CFU/ml,7.9×10^6CFU/ml。异育银鲫对血清型O1:KⅢ,O1:KⅥ,O5:KⅣ的安全浓度分别为6.3×10^4CFU/ml,1.66×10^5CFU/ml,3.7×10^5CFU/ml。
In order to measure the toxicity of the different serological type of Vibrio parahaemolyticus for Allogynogenetio Silver crucian carp,we design different concentration with 1×10~9 CFU/ml,1×10~8CFU/ml,1×10~7CFU/ ml,1×10~6CFU/ml,1×10~5CFU/ml to inject Allogynogenetio Silver crucian carp.After 96h fish acute toxicity test,the results showed that the 96h LC_(50) value of the different serological type of Vibrio parahaemolyticus were 7.9×10~6CFU/ ml,2.0×10~6 CFU/ml,7.9×10~6 CFU/ml,The safeconcentrations in 96h of the different serological type of Vibrio parahaemolyticus were 6.3×10~4 CFU/ml,1.66×10~5 CFU/ml,3.7×10~5 CFU/ml.
